AVEVA Edge is a comprehensive platform for developing SCADA and HMI applications with a single development environment that supports deployment across multiple Windows platforms including Embedded, Server, and Desktop editions. AVEVA Edge supports over 250 communication drivers for major PLCs, includes OPC UA and OPC Classic, and provides real-time alarm handling, trending, reporting, and database connectivity including Microsoft SQL, MySQL, and Oracle.
