DeleteOnClick is a lightweight and free program that allows users to securely and permanently delete files from their computer. It's not a standalone application but rather a Windows Shell Extension, which means it integrates directly into the right-click menu of your Windows file explorer. The software uses the U.S. DOD 5220.22-M secure file deletion standard, ensuring that once a file is deleted, it cannot be recovered. It also offers the option to wipe free disk space, further enhancing data security. Due to its permanent nature, the program should be used with care as files are not moved to the Recycle Bin.
