About the Kadena

Kadena is a public, open-source blockchain platform that focuses on providing a scalable, secure, and developer-friendly environment for building decentralized applications (dApps). It was founded by Stuart Popejoy and Will Martino, who previously led JPMorgan's blockchain team. Kadena's unique technology, called Chainweb, is a parallelized Proof-of-Work architecture that allows the network to scale its transaction throughput as more chains are added, without compromising security.
