Keap, formerly known as Infusionsoft, is a cloud-based CRM and marketing automation platform designed to help small businesses manage customer relationships, automate sales and marketing tasks, and streamline business operations. Founded in 2001 by Scott and Eric Martineau, Keap rebranded from Infusionsoft to Keap in January 2019 to better reflect its focus on simplifying growth for small businesses
