Microsoft 365 F1 combines Office 365 web and mobile app versions with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Kiosk, OneDrive (2 GB per user), Microsoft Viva Connections, and Microsoft Entra ID for identity management. Designed for frontline workers with limited device usage rights, it provides read-only access to Office apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote), collaboration tools such as chat, meetings, file sharing, shift scheduling, and task management. Security is enhanced via conditional access, mobile device management (MDM), Microsoft Purview information protection, and Azure AD. It includes Microsoft Teams with walkie-talkie feature and supports social engagement with Viva Engage. Licensing restricts admin rights, storage capacity, and publishing capabilities to fit frontline operational needs.
