About the SketchUp

SketchUp is a 3D modeling software developed by Trimble Inc., widely used in architecture, interior design, and engineering. Originally created by @Last Software and later acquired by Google in 2006, SketchUp was sold to Trimble in 2012. It offers intuitive modeling tools, a vast 3D Warehouse for pre-made models, and compatibility with various rendering and analysis extensions. SketchUp transitioned to a subscription model in June 2020, discontinuing perpetual licenses.
