About the Square Gift Cards

Square Gift Cards allow businesses to offer both physical and digital (eGift) gift cards to their customers, fully integrated with their Square Point of Sale and Square Online store. This feature enables businesses to generate more sales, attract new customers (as gift cards are often given as gifts), and encourage repeat visits (customers often spend more than the card's value). Businesses can customize designs, sell cards in-store or online, and manage balances and reporting directly from their Square Dashboard. Square Gift Cards are free to redeem, and businesses only pay standard processing fees when a customer initially purchases/loads a gift card. They do not expire, providing flexibility for customers.
