About the Tines

Tines is a no-code automation platform designed to streamline and automate repetitive manual tasks across an organization's technology stack. It empowers security, IT operations, infrastructure, and engineering teams to build sophisticated automated workflows (called "Stories") using a simple drag-and-drop interface with "seven actions" (Send Event, HTTP Request, Email, Receive Email, Delay, Webhook, and more recently, AI actions). The platform is highly extensible, allowing integration with virtually any third-party tool or service via its expansive API and template library. Tines aims to reduce manual toil, accelerate response times for security incidents and IT operations, improve operational efficiency, and enable consistency through repeatable, reliable processes. Its "no-code" approach makes complex automation accessible to a wider range of users, moving beyond traditional SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response) tools by providing a flexible engine for any workflow, not just security. Tines also recently introduced "Workbench," an AI chat interface that allows users to leverage large language models (LLMs) to interact with proprietary data and dynamically orchestrate mission-critical processes using natural language.
