About the VMware ESXi

VMware ESXi is an enterprise-class, bare-metal Type-1 hypervisor that runs directly on physical server hardware without requiring an underlying operating system. It abstracts the server's physical resources (CPU, memory, storage, network) and allows multiple independent Virtual Machines (VMs) to share them efficiently.
